Kachori is a wholesome dish of Guna, which is usually taken in breakfast. Guna’s Kachouri is popular in the Malwa region, alternate names are Kachudi Kachuri and fried dumpling. It’s a spicy snack, it’s readily available in restaurants and hotels.
Kachori is usually a round flattened ball made of fine flour filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of yellow moong dal or Urad Dal (crushed and washed horse beans), Besan (crushed and washed gram flour), black pepper, red chili powder, salt and other spices. The tamarind or green coriander chutney is used to eat the garbage.
